In addition to the primary bedroom, there are two other bedrooms (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms in total). There is also a separate area for a home office/work space. There is plenty of storage in the large attic space and a deeded covered parking spot. The living room has a beautiful (second) deck, accessed through two large sliding glass doors, which overlooks Tierra Verde's Grand Canal and frames the world's most beautiful sunsets. There were major renovations a year and a half ago, including new floors and a new A/C (complete with an ultraviolet germ-killing light). The condo includes a deeded deep-water boat slip, which will hold a 50 foot boat, PLUS a separate deeded space with two electric davits to suspend a small boat/jet-ski. With no bridges to the Gulf of Mexico this is a boater's paradise! The Port Tierra complex has a wonderful pool and only 23 units in total, making it a perfect sized community. That may be why the neighbors are so nice and there's not much turnover. You won't be disappointed! FYI, time and date stamp on pictures is incorrect. Condominium Board approval required before moving in or using the boat slips. One year lease minimum. Tenant pays all utilities. By condominium rules, there is a maximum of one pet allowed, and it must be under 25 pounds.
