Kitchen is a galley kitchen with eat-in space and breakfast bar with pass through to the living area. Inside laundry room with washer and dryer. Central heat and A/C. The lanai is covered and extended to screened pool area. Grounds Maintenance and Pool Service Included in Monthly Rental Rate. Small pets permitted with prior owner approval. A non-refundable pet fee is required per pet.
