Storage closet on balcony houses full size washer/dryer. Covered parking space is right in front of unit. Rent includes Cable TV, water/ sewer/trash pickup, community pool. Electricity up to $100. Anything over, tenant will reimburse owner. $30 barcode per vehicle. Memberships are available with the East Lake Woodlands Country Club which offers two golf courses, tennis, dining, pool, and a recreation building with a fitness center. First month's rent and equal security deposit apply. One time HOA approval fee required prior to move in $50 application fee. No motorcycles, RV's, buses, trailers, boats, commercial vehicles or mopheds are allowed. If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $75 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. There is also a $150.00 Lease Admin Fee due at move in along with the Security Deposit and non-refundable pet fee if applicable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply.
