This is the condo you are only able to use 45 days a year, you must have a club membership and the initiation fee is $8,025.00 plus $435.00 a quarter. The HOA dues are collected quarterly and include the electric, pest control inside & outside too, water, cable, & internet, exterior building & lawn maintenance, hazard insurance, too.
